ALL couples in committed relationships. They may be in distress or want to ensure their relationship is sustainable and lasting.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The Couples Matter Weekend Retreat is designed to strengthen your relationship through engaging presentations and skill building exercises that are grounded in research.

This 2 day retreat is based on Gottman Relationship Theory and will give you insights and relationship skills that can improve intimacy and friendship and help resolve conflict in a healthy and productive way. There is no public disclosure or group work- just individual building with your partner.

Couples Matter Weekend Retreat is being offered by Parkland Youth Homes Society in Red Deer. Parkland offers a continuum of services provided to young people and families that reside in Central Alberta. We have been operating in the Red Deer area since 1987.
